Before the beginning of the new financial year (July 1 of the current year), ITSC would review and adjust the rates of the fee-charging (non-core) IT services based on the notional salary of IT staff and the Hong Kong Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the year.  The 2020-21 charges of the fee-charging ITSC services is now ready.  The details is available at  https://www.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/about-itsc/core-and-non-core-services/ (via Staff login).
