| Good News from Ontario Alumni in the Year of the Pig | |
| Alumni Affairs Office is glad to bring you good news in the beginning of the Year of the Pig – the newly formed Ontario Alumni Association of CUHK will be inaugurated on March 24 in Toronto over an auspicious celebration dinner. Evolved from the former Federation of Alumni Associations of the CUHK (Ontario), the restructured Ontario Alumni Association of CUHK will serve as a united body in Ontario connecting some 700 alumni in the area. | |
The forming of what is today the Ontario Alumni Association of CUHK could not be possible without the concerted efforts of long-time members of the various associations involved who, over the years, have also been committed to promoting alumni fellowship in the region. Their devotion to serving the alumni community, strengthening alumni bonding, and maintaining alumni's sense of belonging to the alma mater is most admirable. The inauguration of this new association is indeed a landmark event in the development of the alumni community in Canada. If you happen to be in the area in late March, do consider joining the inauguration dinner to show your support towards our Ontario alumni! |
