We would like to keep reviewing the services with users and seeks improvement. In addition to regular feedback collection through service desk and survey, e.g. Student User Satisfactory and Needs Survey, we also exchange ideas with users through different user group meetings. They are

• LAN Administrator Meeting with departmental technical support
• ITSC Student User Consultation Committee Meeting with student representatives and OSA
• IT Coordinator Group Meeting with faculty technical representatives
