Our hearty congratulations to the following College members for various appointments and achievements.

Appointment

Professor Wong Suk Ying has taken up the wardenship of the College for a term of two years from 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2016, on a concurrent basis.

Dr Robert Ng, College PE lecturer, serves on the Senate Committee on Physical Education as the College's representative from 16 January 2014.

Award

Professor Zhou Xunyu, College Fellow, has been awarded the Choh-Ming Li Professorship in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management. The Inauguration Ceremony took place at the 73rd Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees on 17 October 2013.

Retirement

Professor Anthony Ho, College Fellow and Professor of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, retired on 1 December 2013.

Resignation & Leave

Professor Wong Chak Kei Jack, Professional Consultant, Department of Finance, has resigned and left the post with effect from 1 December 2013.

Professor Angus Burnett, Associate Professor, Department of Sports Science and Physical Education, has resigned from the University, with effect from 15 January 2014.
