Highlight: How to Protect Yourself in Online Meetings

While online meeting and video conferencing got much popularity in these days, privacy and security are also of public concerns. Here are some general recommendations to protect your privacy and data: 

  1. Do use the latest version of the meeting software  
  1. Do protect your meetings with Password 
  1. Do verify participants and reject the anonymous intruders 
  1. Don’t share links to meetings or classrooms via social media 
  1. Don’t record meetings unless you need to and alert your participants if you have to record.
