HSBC is now recruiting management talents via the "Management Development Programme – Operations and Processing". CU alumni with no more than 3 years' working experience are welcome to apply.

Programme content 
  • 24-month programme
  • Attachments to HSBC core functions and customer groups
  • Professional development training
  • Opportunity to participate in HSBC Group Graduate Development Programme held in the UK and/or various Asian countries
Eligibility
  • Permanent residency status in Hong Kong; mainland students who are currently studying in Hong Kong may also be considered
  • A degree with second class honours or above from either a local or international university
  • Up to three years' working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
