5. A Powerful Tool for Creating and Managing Online Tests – Respondus

Respondus is a Windows-based test authoring software, which suits teaching staff to build relatively huge question pools.

With Respondus, you can:

  • Create online tests using word processing tools that you are familiar with (e.g. Microsoft Word and Notepad) and quickly publish the tests to a number of eLearning systems.
  • Retrieve and edit online tests.
  • Save the files of Respondus in your PC and publish them to other courses anytime later.

The University has obtained a campus-wide license of Respondus which allows teaching staff to download and install the software in home and office PC for free. The ITSC eLearning Team can also arrange a software demonstrations and training sessions for interested parties. Please don't hesitate to contact us (email elearning@cuhk.edu.hk) for more information.

Use Respondus to quickly create your online tests and publish them to the CU eLearning System!
