Visit of Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen People's Congress of PRC

On 15 July, a 6-member delegation led by Prof. Chen Siping, Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen People's Congress of PRC visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) to explore collaboration opportunities.

The delegation met with CUHK representatives to understand the development of the University and its Faculty of Medicine. At the meeting, the delegates updated CUHK members with the latest development of Shenzhen University and held discussions to explore new collaboration opportunities whilst expanding existing cooperation. In addition, the delegation visited Prince of Wales Hospital, the teaching hospital of CUHK and met with representatives of Faculty of Medicine to gain knowledge about the Faculty and its latest research projects.

 

The visit enabled the delegation to have a deeper understanding of CUHK and helped build closer links for future collaborations between the Faculty of Medicine of CUHK and Shenzhen University.
