S.I. Leadership Award: Project Presentation Day & List of Winners |

The S.I. Leadership Award was jointly set up by CUSE Fund under this Centre and Yunus Social Business Centre@CUHK, under which two categories namely Social Enterprise Track and Social Business Track welcome applications from CUHK students and alumni who are interested in starting up or operating social enterprise/ social business. The winning projects will each receive a maximum of HK$100,000 (for Social Enterprise Track) and HK$80,000 (for Social Business Track) as seed funding. To allow the adjudicating panel to have a deeper understanding of the entries and to proceed with selection, a Project Presentation Day was held on 6 July 2018. The 17 teams (six from Social Enterprise Track and 11 from Social Business Track) turned up to present their project ideas. Pre-approved CUHK members other than the adjudicators were accepted to sit in the event to hear the learning outcomes of the competed teams after they had undergone a six-month training and mentorship. At last, three teams from the Social Enterprise Track were selected to receive the S.I. Leadership Award. They are Yoga IN School, ImpactX and V' air 低碳本地遊. As for the Social Business Track, the winners are WeWah Music, PhilHub and PT 乖孫 - 跨代支援平台.
