All full-time undergraduate students fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are welcome to apply

Application procedures

Details of this Programme and application form can be downloaded at www.cuhk.edu.hk/osa/sacs. One set of the following documents should be submitted to the Student Services Centre (1/F, Benjamin Franklin Centre) or email to ritaleeom@eservices.cuhk.edu.hk by 5:30 pm on 21 September 2016 (Wednesday):

i.   A duly completed application form

ii.  A copy of CUHK Student ID Card

iii. A copy of HKID Card

iv. A copy of Report of Experiential Learning Activities (ELA Report) under the Student Development Portfolio (SDP)

Selection procedures

Selected students will be invited to a group interview on 3 October 2016 (Monday)
