The Annual Expiry of the OnePass Password exercise is coming!  
It is a good practice to change your OnePass password periodically to reduce the risk of account theft. 

Please change your OnePass password on or before it expires. 
Otherwise, you cannot access CUHK IT services until your password is changed. 

To change your OnePass password, you may simply click “Change Password” at the login page
of MyCUHK / Blackboard / Microsoft services. Some additional tips are: 

1. Do not forgetyour other accounts e.g. Project / Student Organization / Department Accounts. 
2. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
3. Remember to update the passwords stored in your smartphone and/or PC after changing the password. 

The expiry date has been announced through mass mails.
There won't be any clickable link or attachment in this reminder email. 
If you have changed your password on or after 1 July 2021, you have completed this year’s exercise and no further action is needed.  
New students/staff joined on or after 1 July 2021 are NOT included in this exercise as well.
