Dealing with confidential data during daily work? Worrying whether your account is compromised and being used by others?  Here we have two solutions for CUHK staff to protect your important documents and the access by your CUHK account .

Protect Individual Email, Document and File with Azure Information Protection (AIP)
If you need to exchange, store or edit any sensitive / confidential data, Azure Information Protection (AIP) can secure your documents or files according to the confidential level.

AIP is implemented for protecting University's digital information based on the sensitivity / confidential level of the data . With labelling and classification by AIP, you can protect each of your emails and files from being viewed or edited by the unauthorized people.

Protect your system / application access with Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you are looking for a solution to enhance the security of your account which is used to access your PCs, servers, VPN, O365 applications, etc., Two Factor Authentication (2 FA) is a good choice.

A 2FA solution, DUO 2FA, is now available to protect your user accounts.  It secures your system / application access by asking for a second factor, i.e. Duo Push Response or One-time Passcode, from a designated device (e.g. your mobile device), during login.
