Orientation Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2013 The Orientation Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2013 was held on 12 October 2013. As in previous years, there was a very large turn-out of secondary school students, and the College again hosted a booth and held two introductory sessions, at which the Master introduced the vision and activities of the College. Four students, two from each cohort, also spoke at the introductory sessions, and many helped at the booth on the University Mall. It was most gratifying to see new students, having been in the College for just over a month, already keen to share their positive experience with visitors.
2013 CUHK Alumni Homecoming The 2013 CUHK Alumni Homecoming 2013 was successfully held on 7 December 2013 with the theme of Celebrating the Golden Jubilee of CUHK. The event attracted more than 5,000 local and overseas alumni and their family members. With a carnival booth on the University Mall, staff and students of CW Chu College introduced to the visitors the Colleges latest developments and the newly-built College campus through two specially-designed games and pamphlets. After completing the games, visitors were pleased to receive cotton candies made by our students on the spot. |
