A new ITSC Service Desk System, empowered by ServiceNow, will be released in mid-Aug. It'll bring you with a new experience and serve you better with an improved response time! The new system allows you to

• Search your desired enquired items or requesting service with ease by browsing our Service Catalog
• Get answers and solutions of frequently asked questions from our knowledgebase
• Contact our support to make a request, or report a problem
• Able to retrieve your enquiry / request submission and supplement information anytime
• Trace your enquiry / request submissions and their status online

With this new launch, the current ITSC Service Desk System that empowered by Remedy (http://servicedesk.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk) will be retired. Before it retires, you can still access to it to check your enquiry / request that submitted.
