Organized by the SBS Postgraduate Student Association, the first SBS Photo Competition was successfully held between May and June 2014. The competition provided an opportunity for our staff and students not only to share with other School members their photographic skills and aesthetic sense, but also to encourage them to pursue a study-work-life balance. Among the 150 entries, the photo entitled "A Mirror of Sky" taken by Ms. Liang Juan, Year 3 Ph.D. candidate, was elected for the First Prize. Eight other photographs were selected for the Second Prizes and the Third Prizes. The list of winning entries is as follows:
The award ceremony was held on 6 August 2014 during which Prof. Chan Wai-yee, School Director and Prof. Woody W.Y. Chan, Associate Director (Graduate Education) presented the prizes to the winners. |
