Master of Science programme in Financial Technology (MSc in FinTech) - The Faculty of Engineering Programme Description | The Faculty of Engineering will launch a new Master of Science programme in Financial Technology (MSc in FinTech) in academic year 2019/20. The new programme aims to nurture people who are technologically adept and business savvy; and who can offer innovative solutions to finance-related industries. Backed by the Faculty of Engineering experts, the MSc in FinTech emphasizes practical skills and industrial training. Students can enrich their experience by working on real-life projects under co-supervision of Engineering professors and industrial supervisors, or being an intern in finance-related companies referred by the programme. Graduates will be well suited for jobs demanding strong technical skills in diverse finance-related industries. The programme is designed to equip bachelor's-prepared registered nurses with a solid foundation for advanced practice in specialty nursing or healthcare management. Hong Kong Scholarship on the Clore Leadership Programme 2019/20 Scholarship details | The Scholarship is intended to support Hong Kong arts practitioners with leadership potential to undertake a tailored programme of development in the United Kingdom to strengthen their leadership skills and broaden their international exposure. | Eligibility | - Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident - Must have a minimum of 7 years' professional or voluntary experience in the arts and cultural sector by the end of the application deadline - Must have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken - The scholarship recipient(s) will attend an induction day in the UK on 20 September 2019 and engage with Fellows of the CLP in two mandatory residential leadership courses from 23 September to 4 October 2019 and 22 June to 3 July 2020.
