Phase II of the Inter-hostel Energy Saving Competition 2010/11, organised by the Environmental Enhancement Committee, was completed. Both awards of low electricity consumption (per gross floor area) and low water consumption (per capita) went to Student Hostel II. The hostel will be awarded a total cash prize of $2,000 for the two awards.
