The 20-year of Reunion of Class 1996 was held on 23 April 2016. More than 160 alumni and their families participated in the reunion. Beside the dinner, the College also arranged a New Asia College campus tour for the participant, so that they could learn about the latest development of the College.

At 5 pm, around 30 alumni and families gathered at the Yun Chi Hsien and started the campus tour. They took photos at the New Asia Amphitheatre after the tour. At night, more than 160 alumni and families joined the dinner. The alumni invited their teachers to come: Prof. MARK Kai-keung of the Department of Biology, Prof. Ho Puay-peng of the School of Architecture, Prof. Lee Paul Siu Nam of the School of Journalism and Communication, Prof. Fan Sin-biu of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Prof. Tam Siu Mi Maria of the Department of Anthropology participated in the dinner.

Two alumni of 1996, Ms. Liu Po-yee (CLC) and Ms. Yeung Yuen-yee Violet (Social Work) were the masters of ceremony of the dinner. Representatives of the Executive committee members of New Asia College Alumni Association, Mr. Wong Ho-chiu and Ms. Poon Suk-yee Cindy, the president and the vice president, also came and supported the event. All alumni felt nostalgic about their joyful years of study when they saw their old photos on screen during the dinner. They also compared their faces. The whole group took photos at the New Asia Amphitheatre after the dinner, to mark this memorable moment.

The number of participants was the highest ever. The College would like to thank the class coordinators for supporting the event by inviting classmates to join the event and contributing ideas for the programme. It was a pleasure to see that graduates of 1995 also came to the event. The College hopes that the Class of 1996 will keep in touch with the college, support college activities, stay involved in the development of their alma mater and, of course, come back often for more reunions.
