    Speakers (1) Prof. Shen Hao, Associate Professor and Director of the MSc in Marketing Program, CUHK Business School

    (2) Mr. Adrian Tam, General Manager, Sales and Marketing Department, Octopus Cards Limited

    Details Prof. Shen Hao will discuss how different interfaces, such as touch screens and voice recordings, influence the way consumers think about and react to a product or brand. Continuing the topic, alumnus Mr. Adrian Tam, a senior executive at Octopus Cards Limited, will talk about how Octopus has transformed its business in the digital era by prioritising customers and merchants while implementing innovative changes to its business strategy over the past two decades.
