Recap of Distinguished Lecture by Professor Condoleezza Rice "Those countries that wish to promote private-sector-led growth have to be attentive to the rule of law and to the sanctity of contacts. That is indeed one of Hong Kong's great strengths. It needs to be a strength worldwide" Professor Condoleezza Rice, Former US Secretary of State and Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy, Hoover Institution, Stanford University, delivered a distinguished lecture (in English) at CUHK on 19 March titled "The Future of Asia".
