Director General of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology Visits CUHK

A 7-member delegation led by Mr. Wang Hai, Director General of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 3 August to understand the latest research development of the University and to explore collaboration opportunities with CUHK.

The delegation met with Prof. Henry Wong, Pro-Vice-Chancellor to gain knowledge about CUHK. After the meeting, delegates visited the Institute of Chinese Medicine and met with Prof. Leung Ping-chung, Director of the Institute to learn more about the latest projects of Chinese Medicine in CUHK.

The visit enabled the delegation from Jiangxi to have a better understanding of the development of the University. The meetings also provided a good opportunity to nurture friendship and built links between CUHK and the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
