The Eighth Asia Pacific Multidisciplinary Meeting for Cancer Research – Cancer 2012: Caner and Environmental Factors was held successfully at the Postgraduate Education Center, Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong on 11 May 2012. The event was jointly organized by Department of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology, School of Biomedical Sciences, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Department of Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prof. C.H. Cho, Associate Director (Research) of our School, together with several clinical Associate Members from the thematic programs of Cancer & Inflammation and Reproduction, Development and Endocrinology (including. Prof. Richard Choy, Prof. Paul Lai, Prof. Lau Kin-Mang, Prof. Lo Kwok-Wai, Prof. Nathalie Wong and Prof. Yu Jun), had served on the Organizing Committee of this joint meeting.
