2017年7月1日，國家發展和改革委員會與粵港澳三地政府簽署了《深化粵港澳合作 推進大灣區建設框架協議》。香港將按十三五規劃，為粵港澳大灣區提供金融、航運和貿易服務，而大灣區亦將有助香港經濟多元發展，特別是在創新科技和創意產業方面。

香港青少年領袖發展協會將於2018年6月至8月份舉辦「第十一屆香港模擬立法會」。立法會的工作對維護香港社會的法治精神及社會公義擔當著十分重要的角色，協會希望透過一連串相關活動，讓一眾優秀學生了解香港立法機關的運作，並親身體驗立法會內外的工作，加深參加者對香港社會、經濟、民生等各方面時事議題的認識，使參加者有機會對香港的社會政策及時事議題作出討論及建議，與此同時能夠加深對香港政制和議會工作的了解，從而提高一眾傑出學生對參與議會的興趣，培養新一代政治人才。 | |
