| Walk-in Counselling Sessions for New Students 2018-19 | |

To assist students in handling individual concerns or difficulties in adjusting to the University, walk-in counselling sessions for new students will be provided. Prior appointment is not required during the following period:

Academic Referencing is a way of acknowledging that you have used the ideas of work belonging to another author. Failure to do so is considered plagiarism which can result in severe disciplinary action.

Individual guidance and consultation service is offered by a team of Learning Enhancement Officers (LEOs) to all full-time students. If you want to talk about your learning/adjustment at CUHK, you are welcome to approach the LEOs. Drop-in service will be provided in September as follows:

| Hong Kong Explorer Series (Fall Semester 2018) | |
The "Hong Kong Explorer Series" is going to organise a range of activities in Fall Semester 2018, taking you to various on-campus facilities and different places in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Through guided educational tours, workshop on traditional craftsmanship and community walk, participants can trace the history of this city and explore the culture of Hong Kong.

From late September to mid-October, the Office of Student Affairs is organising its first Mediterranean Festival on campus, presenting an eclectic mix of cultures that are fabulously Mediterranean.
